Default Women love Porsches too...

So yesterday I'm at the dealer getting a plug for my (thankfully worn out) rear tire that picked up a screw. While waiting for my car, I was chatting with this very cute girl waiting for her Cayenne, which coincidentally also had a screw in its tire. When my car pulls up, she states that her next one will be a 911 cab and asks me if I love it. I respond that although you are not supposed to "love" inanimate objects, that yes I do in fact love it. She then tells me that it's OK because it's a Porsche.

I think I fell in love with her for a brief moment. Too bad my girlfriend doesn't share the same enthusiasm.

No digits unfortunately. Not the dog I used to be, though the thought did cross my mind. Of course if I ever break up with my girlfriend, I'm going to slip my service advisor some cash for her digits. Just kidding. I'll just stalk her at the dealership.

By the way, it was at HBL, washington dc porsche...

I have to tell you this, BUT . . . if you are a single guy and your girlfriend is not someone you think you could marry, you should be getting digits from any hot girl (especially if she is a Porsche enthusist). My brother was in a miserable relationship for 5.5 years when I gave him this advice and he dumped that beatch and is not happy finally. If you are not sure about her, get the hot girl's card and save her email address for future reference. Just my 2 cents.

Talk about off topic - sorry.

Joe, you're absolutely right, except I'm still in the "honeymoon phase" of this latest relationship. Can't say I didn't kick myself a little bit though.

Programmatore, I would rather have the Cavalier than the crew cab pickup they gave me once that I promptly scratched up in the tight confines of my garage at work. Doh.

996 convert,
your girl-friend read any of those?
or she can't share the passion for porsche with you?
remember one thing, if she share the passion for porsche with you, you have to share the mod fund with her. soul-mate not come free.
