Better than a road test... I have one! IMO, the dyno's are conservative to the car. My experiences under controlled circumstances are th car can accelerate in the 50-140mph range even with a stock TT. This is from time spent on the track at Limerock. Off the line, it is slower, in part due to the lack of torque and the lack of traction. The car does have incredible power, almost too much for the street sometimes. ver easy to induce a power slide even with DOT-R tires. I think the C2 with X51 is the way to go, but it is missing a few things.... the suspension is lacking, but easily fixed with the Porsche X74 parts which turn it into quite a animal. The regional Porsche rep drove my car the other day and was amazed by the combination. I agree. the only thing missing now is the limited slip diff. Unfortunately Porsche does not offer it and I am not willing to split a sealed tranny to install it. So for now, I will have to do without. Where are you from and what other options did you order it with?

I noticed you have the GT3 seats....
i understand that the GT3 seats CANNOT be ordered with the car. It only can be ordered thru the exclusive dept.
Is this true?..and if so, what did you do with your orginal seats. Seems like a waste to have to buy the orignal seats with the vehicle.

I bought one yesterday (as a daily driver) and put 400 miles on it (drive home). The car is awesome and wonderfully responsive. A great balance of handling and power. It just feels so much more powerful that the regular one. This makes my eighth Porsche and, other than my GT2, the best one by far (beating the TT by a nudge(IMO) given price and handling considerations).

The package :
Seal Gray
X51, 030, Sport seats, Sport mufflers, 18" inch wheels Digital Radio
PSM

This car makes me (and my wife ) so happy to drive. I predict that it will become one of the most sought after 911s of all time.

I think the X51 package is well worth the money. It just cotinued to impress and impress all the way home.

You will really enjoy i

That is the M030 option, also known as sports suspension. A good option if you autox you can run stock.

Where in Toronto, I'm up there frequently, will be there on Wednesday thru' Saturday this week.

Ed, you say that "off the line it is slower due in part to lack of torque and traction". Slower than the TT or the regular c-2? I get my arctic silver x-51 in jan. Thanks -blustem

Jason,

The 030 suspension is not adjustable, you have to have a GT2 for that.

I sent you a private email
