I would say get neither.
You may be better off buying whatever 'street' car you prefer and buying a properly equipped (for safety devices.....cage, harnesses, seats, fire system, battery disconnect, etc) track appliance.
That way you have no compromises to deal with.

PSS9 is fine,
but have you driven motons? i have two sets on two differnet cars.
if you use moton without monoballs, it's a waste. if you put monoballs on it after a year of use the teflon in there will wear out and you will hear some ungodly noises. it's so bad that i am buying another identical car, one with moton for track one without for street.
just my two cents.
