Do they make 18" snow tires that would fit my stock turbo twists?

Have MM 3s and Blizzak 25s from Tire Rack on my '03 C4S. Very happy with the dry and wet road performance-not much snow yet to evaluate tires' performance.

I am buying a winter car, Audi Allroad, so I'd be willing to sell my winter wheels/tires from my 02 C4S. They are OE Turbo Twists with 10" rears and Dunlop Winter Sports. Let me know if your interested.
