Default Can't turn volume up OR down. Any ideas?

Gang:

Am I missing something obvious?

I hear the radio but cannot turn the volume up or down. I can mute it just fine but not adjust the volume.

Is this a problem with the radio or radio operator?

Having had that problem in the past, the solution is often as simple as turning off the radio, removing the radio faceplate, waiting a few seconds, and then reintalling the faceplate.

Happened to me once, also. I got it back by ejecting the CD that was in there, and putting it back in again.

Speaking of radio problems (CDR-220):

When I change the presets for FM1 they also change for FM2 and vice versa.

Any ideas?

Tim, you're welcome. When that first happened to me, I went crazy too. I guess these things are like computers: first fix reboot is always the easiest.

As for Jeff, I have no idea. Cna't even imagine how that is happening. Sorry. You may want to post to Becker's web forum. Their tech support answers VERY fast (ask me how I know).

Good luck.

Thanks Edward! Sounds like it's worth a shot. It's the strangest thing I've ever seen......
