Question JUST GOT GLH MUFFLERS - NEED DIY INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

MY XMAS PRESENT TO MYSELF WAS A SET OF GLH MUFFLERS. I'M KEEPING MY (POLISHED) STOCK TIPS. DOES ANYONE HAVE INSTRUCTIONS/PHOTOS ON DOING THE INSTALL. I KNOW I SAW INSTRUCTIONS POSTED A WHILE AGO BUT CAN'T SEEM TO FIND THEM NOW.

I got mine a couple of weeks ago (see picture in the Merry Christmas thread). Advantage Porsche, Houston wanted 3 hours (at $110 per) to install them. I went to a local muffler shop who did an excellent job at $100.
I watched the process carefully and strongly suggest that, if you don't have access to either a lift or very long jack stands, you do the same. It's not that there is anything technical about the install, it's just a lot of pushing and shoving to get the old ones out and the GHLs in. Also, it seems to really help to have a good prybar and an impact wrench with an articulating tip.

Lizard, it's a one hour job, max with simple hand tools and a floor jack.

Any chance there are step by step directions for this install? Photos? Am I asking for too much?

Im not sure what the pry bar would be used for, but air tools are definitely not necessary. It's a fairly simple DIY. I didn't use instructions. Be sure to unbolt the pipes connecting the muffler to the cats before unbolting the muffler from the chassis.

Yes, it is a very easy install. Helps to pull the rear wheels and rear fender liner, that way when everything is loose, you can just shove up towards the front of the vehicle and out they come, rather than trying to drop them straight down. You will undo the 3 nuts holding the muffler brackets to the car itself, then once they are off the car, you can swap the brackets to the new mufflers.
