Jon,

The car looks sick, leave them in silver then get the calipers in red, the contrast would compliment her well...congrats

Thanks for the comments guys. Much appreciated!

I'm definitely going to stick with silver, I don't think the black compliments the LM's that well (at least that's the case with the photoshop pic). As of now, I have a list of mods that I've planned, just not enough time! Plus, winter is here, so I'll have to garage her until spring... ugh But I do agree with those that have said red calipers are a must and a bit more agressive/lower stance would be nice..

Dharn55 - the front lip is from Cargraphic. Check it out. www.cargraphic.de If you want to wait, I will be selling mine (with the silver grill inserts also made by Cargraphic). I am getting the RUF or GT2 to replace...

Cool

Jon,

Very Nice!! I love the cup car/track look that the LMs give the Carrera!
On the color, my vote is for black center pieces. I like that look. It makes the car looks really bad *** for me. Look at this video, it has a dark car with black rims, and it really look sick coming down highway!!!

By the way, did you get a chance to weigh them? I'm curious how lightweight they are with or without the tires. Thanks!

Yeah, the black rims/polished lip look is pretty agressive... I used to have that on my old wheels, so trying silver is a nice change.

Mike, 19" LMs front and rear are 24 and 25lbs, respectively. With tires they were around the mid-50 range I would assume...
