OK, my plan won't work. The leather 01TT seats will not just plug into the O2C2. The airbag sensor on the pax side is aligned differently, and the driver's side has an electric box for the seat memory that will not allow a plug connection from the floor mounted box on the C2.
Now my new question is: Can I switch the seat covering (Leather TT) for the O2 vinyl covering? I'm talking about the seat back, leg bolsters, and seat bottoms. I'd really like the leather even though I can't get the electric features. Would I have to get an upholstery shop to do it, or could I do it myself?
As you can tell, I'm a Cheap &%#*^#@.
