if i roll the fenders myself, which i can, i will have a really good chance of cracking the paint... this could be avoided by having it done at the factory before it ever sees paint
if you skip abs and traction you can *always* treat it like practicing for the track. especially in the winter. nothing will make you more gentle w/ the inputs

Also, you might not get any more disdainful looks from 996/997 owners, but you would get them from everyone else, particularly the air-cooled guys.

No I don't think X51 should have been built in from the factory. Want more power (although I can't imagine why) pay up!
