Hello All
Have had my '99 C2 for about 2 weeks now.
I have changed out the thirld brake light (thanks alex@sharkwerks) and it looks great!
The Arctic Silver interior pieces are on their way.
The porsche aluminium racing pedals are on their way.
EVO V induction air intake is on the way (not so sure about why I did this though?)
Stereo upgrade research (Thanks Rod Birch at CAI ) has begun.
This is a serious sickness..........
I just changed out the side marker lights to a clear lens and they look great- but here is my question- are these supposed to blink whe the turn signal is on? I don't remeber if the old one's did or not?
Thanks in advance. Mixing an OCD personality with the fisrt purchase of a Porsche 996 and all the available mods is a dangerous thing.

Also, any advantage to using leds in these side markers versus changing out the stock bulbs to "bluish" type versus keeping stock yellowish bulb?

no they are not supposed to blink... there's a mod posted here to make them blink. you can search for it.
Get the silver bulbs for the side markers. You can find them on ebay. they look great and illuminate amber
