Hi there....anyone have any feedback or hear anything about the inside groove in the lip on the Champion wheels....that traps water when it rains causing a severe vibration? Looking to buy some wheels and this is a major factor...as well any feedback on 18's versus 19's....and tire sizing on the 19's....thanks to the forum in advance......Ted

I have never experienced this, but I don't have that many miles on mine, and I live in California. With that said, I got them in January, and drove them in the rain several times including a rare torrential downpour. Never any problems. Nice wheels. I'm running RG5s.

Huh?!
How in the world does this groove manage to keep enough water uneven distributed so much so that you noticed an imbalanced wheel in the cabin????
Last I check, water was a fluid that moved around pretty easily with centrifugal forces....
You read some pretty wild things on the internet these days....

No problems here - I have 19" RG5. Sounds like an urban legend.
