That's a procedure where they try to find out if these parts are for private use or for resell. We have completed the necessary form and the shipment will be released tomorrow.

I bought smoked for my seal greay. It is a tad darker than the "clear" sidemarkers which are smoked almost perfectly for the seal grey. So I'm thinking it will be a bit too dark, but the clear would be way too light. I haven't installed it yet so I can't say for sure. There are 16 red LED's, I believe.

194-HA's work great. I used the HR's in my stock third brake light.
Edit: Oops, I replied before reading thoroughly. You were referring to turn signal bulbs and my reply refers to side marker bulbs. I'll leave my post in case anyone is interested in side marker bulbs.
