Reus stereo install done
On Monday I made the trek to Long Island NY and had Craig and Rick put in my new sound system. All I can say is it kicks ***. Not the loudest I ever heard but loud, clean and balanced..... and completely stealth. Looking in the car you would not even know it was there. That Rick is a wonder. If anyone wants to hear it or ask any questions feel free, either here or email.

The system is stealth. There is nothing that you can see. That is the beauty of it. I have a cab and use the rear seats all the time with my kids. I didn't want to give them up for a huge sub box that looked ghetto. But trust me, it kicks ***.
As far as cost. Rick perfers you talk with him, but the systems start at $3000 and go up. I did some shopping locally and he was VERY competitive and I KNEW it would sound perfect. That is the real difference cause the others never did my car and were just guessing. Email me if you want to talk or see it. Where in NJ are you?

I live near exit 8 on the NJ Turnpike. My sister lives near Voorhees...are you any where near either location? I would love to hear and see the set up if we could work it out.

I'll snap a shot of the head unit, but the rest looks stock. Even the bose emblems are intact. The coupe system is a little different than my cab though.

I live in the Princeton area myself and am gathering info on upgrading the sound system in my 996 cab (I can't believe how bad the Porsche "upgraded" sound system is). Although I'm probably a few months away from doing anything can you let me know who you have looked at locally, the good, the bad and the ugly. Did you find that the best deal/best system was on Long Island.

As I said above, the job was done by www.reusaudio.com. Based in Ca, but does installs all over the country. I met him up in Long Island for his convenience and so the job could get done faster. He or the installer would come to your house and do the job also. The sound is fantastic,super etc. A cab is tricky due to lack of space for the sub. He has done thousands of these cars and has 3 different levels of systems already designed. I found the price to be VERY reasonable compared to the local guys, and they don't have any idea of the end product sound. Rick does.
