Um, it's a fixed wing. I.E., it doesn't move.

Then why is the top part seperated? If it wasn't supposed to move, then it would be one solid wing. It looks like it adjusts. I think you are wrong.

That's correct. In order for the rear "wing" to move the pistons must be present. It will extend at ~75 mph and drop back down about 55 mph.

Many, many fixed wings can be adjusted in order to increase or decrease the wing angle in the fixed position. Just because the wing has a seam doesn't mean it will lift at a preset speed.

I believe that most of the modern OEM wings lift at 74 and lower at 45.

More than likey the wing can be manual adjusted, it won't lift and lower automatically at speed.

k...that's understandable. I thought it might be automatic, too, but I guess it is just manually adjustable. When I get on the phone with my dealer later today I'll ask him and find out for sure. Thanks.

The aero is a fixed, nonadjustable wing. It is assembled in three peices, if it was one huge peice of fglass it would be less stable. Even if you drive 4 didgets it won't lift.

LOL!!!

8 people tell him, and he's still not sure. Hang around here awhile, 99_Carrera, and you'll realize that this board as a whole knows more about Porsches than any Porsche dealer. We are, after all, fanatics about it.
