Nope, it's a locking lug bolt, I don't want locking lug bolts, so I ordered 4 new ones.

Nothing wrong with that picture.

In Germany some valuable cars have bumper stickers "Eure Armut kotzt mich an". They wear the key scars with pride.

Saying goodbye for the winter! My teal metallic 03 C4S. At dusk it turns dark blue/black. She's happily parked in a garage full of 911's.

The one and only "$64,000 1999 stock C2 cab." Yes as you guys recall a used the catch phrase, "the $64,000 question is...." and someone took it literally and then the usual suspects ran with it.

Any way...some more info. is in the post "purchase help, interesting twist"

To review here, 1999 C2 cab., arctic silver metallic, 60K miles on car, 38K on engine. In 08/2004 it suffered the oil coolant mix and killed the original engine.

Shipped from NC as described in great shape..even better than I had hoped. Had to fix a vacuum leak issue and that's it. Everything else I'm doing is preventative and too get it to where I want it.

After lurking here for about a year and half, reading posts and learning about these cars, I finally found my car and decided to post. I knew I wanted one ever since I saw an orange 911 in the mid-eighties.

This is a 996.2 C4S with 81K miles when I got it in April and have logged about 5k miles and have loved every single mile! Every time I glance at my side view mirror and seeing the wide fenders always puts a smile on my face - aside from the handling and the noise the flat six makes of course

Anyway, here she is...

SportTechno with LM 25s for the Chicago winter, OEM turbo twist for summer and also have TechArt 19"s but no tires yet.

Wrapped the headlights just to see if I like the look.

Came with two keys and bought the case from suncoast; made the strap and hand sewn the silver stitch on both for less than $10...couldn't bring myself to paying $100+ for the original GT3 strap....

Thanks. $20 3M wrap and an hour to put it on and no problem going back to stock if I get tired of it.
