Definitely genuine! Nice find.

Although that particular wing and side skirts aren't the correct period for your car (if you're an aficionado) still looks great.

You going to RRR?
Yep on the roster for Saturday & Sunday. Looking forward to it! If you're headed there we should roll together unless you're doing Friday as well. I got a friend convoying up to RRR with me Friday afternoon

Can you share your suspension setup? Interested to learn how you have your front setup

Of course. The front fenders are rolled and pulled. It's only obvious when its parked next to a standard 996. As far as setup, its got JRZ double adjustables, GT3 lower control arms, and ERP spherical steering arms. The upper shock mounts are pushed all the way out and the bottoms are pushed out such to provide 3 degrees of camber, track width is up around 20mm/side. The wheel and tire package is 997 GT3 9 & 12's with a 245/40r18 tire up front.

I picked up this '99 with 38k miles back in April. It's my first foray into the water cooled world and so far, I love it.
