You can put me in the same boat. I will become a paying member when I'm convinced this is the board I want to contribute to. I'm looking for my first P car and am gaining a lot of help from the great members and nonmembers here. I'm sorry if you think nonpaying members are stealing from the board. Its not a lot of money, just dont want to be a member of every board I read.
Not trying to flame you I'm just expressing my opinion.

I too was one of those non-paying members for a few hundred posts and would get really tired of all the "so...x number of posts and not a member yet" cracks or the "you not entitled to post that type of criticism until you are paying member".............then I joined.
2 things got my cheap, mooching a** to contribute financially to the board. 1) I realized that not only have I given a lot of help to others on this board, I have also received a TON of help in return. and, 2) I researched what it costs to run a site like this and there is no way Jon and Jenn are becoming millionares by doing this. In fact, they may be losing money on the deal.
And if nothing........those of you that have not contributed, think of that last purchase you made BECASUE of the advice you got HERE on this board that allowed you to get it for "x" dollars cheaper. I have saved so much over the last couple years (thousands of dollars) getting tips from other members where to purchase, price to pay, etc.
But, remember, those that don't contribute probably AREN'T going to.....so instead of getting chapped everytime they post just don't offer them any advice.

For me, I just spend so much time on this godforsaken board that I wanted to help keep it alive anyway I could... I've received a lot of good advice (both Porsche related and non-Porsche related) and I spend more money per day at Starbucks then the cost of a yearly membership.

Looks like wet season tires designed primarily for wet surfaces, some serious grrooves to channel water. Do you drive a lot in the rain? Be careful pushing those tires on dry surfaces.

This is what they (BF Goodrich) say about their tire:
"This basic tread design technology is shared with the g-Force T/A radial racing rain tires used in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Trans Am Series."

Just mounted and ....
They look great, however the tire noise is loud, the wheel expert told me it could take 200 miles until the first layer is broken in. I dam sure how so. As for as looks and performance good - AWESOME, they corner very well and provide great off line traction. See for yourself.

RJMDAD- Pay your dues, karma will quiet the tires down......
And no, he is not using spacers, I know those wheels, and they are the completely wrong offset for the car, that wheel is for a turbo or widebody, (or lawn tractor). How do I know? I have done the dance with these BSA wheels as well.
