Check the usual suspects -- MA Shaw, Getty Design and NR Auto. I don't see it on their websites but who knows how often these guys update their sites.

yup getty design has Ruf RGT bumper. its probably fiber glass or carbon fibre though, so be careful. no "love" taps when parallel parking

i would bet on fiberglass over carbon fiber. as the former is cheap and the latter would cost more than the real RUF part.

unfortunatly i need the newer style RS bumper for facelift cars. that however is not listed on their site.

is there somthing that , if not called a RUF bumper, looks almost exactly like it?

tell me about it...
isn't their hydraulic height adjustable suspension like 30 grand?
integrated rollcage...probably another 10 grand.

then again, its like what we say about motorcycles and atvs and stuff. its a recreational vehicle, and if you've got the time to play, you better have the cash to pay.

"The brake system has big drilled, ventilated discs and fixed light alloy monobloc callipers. The suspension is engineered for a maximum speed of more than 219 mph.

"Available as an option is a special RUF sports suspension, which can be lifted hydraulically into a 50 millimetre higher position in order to get more ground clearance for easier parking and garage entrances."

"Twin KKK turbochargers with integrated wastegates and 3-way catalytic converters "

"The 650 bhp 3.8 liter engine is of a new construction, which sets a new benchmark in performance and torque 870."

"rear 12.5” x 20” with 345/25 ZR 20 Pirelli tires"

"Top speed more than 219 mph (subject to gear ratios / engine output choice)

and that's just 1/20th of the features.. geez..

prep work i dont have to pay for, a good friend runs a body shop that does good work.
its just getting the pieces thats a problem.
infact, now that i think about it, noting i've ever ordered from the states has aever come on time.
cf hood, seats, lights, mounting brackets, the list goes on and on.

Damn that is expensive! I guess the $2,400 I paid for the RUF RGT bumper and sideskirts two years ago doesn't seem that bad now. All these parts come from Germany so I am not surprised that Weissach's and RUF Autocenter's prices are about the same. The Euro exchange rate is killing us.

Have you started the headlight conversion work yet? I know the RUF RGT RS looks hot but the old RUF RGT is not too shabby.

As I understand it the cost for the parts will depend on the exchange rate. Generally speaking the cost of the entire kit is $5300 which includes the front bumper, side skirts, rear wing, and mirrors. However, you can save considerably if you just purchase the front bumber and side skirts which according to last week's price was $2488, plus delivery. I just checked with a local shop this morning and I was quoted $850 to install and paint the pieces. I figured I could always add a wing later for a lot less (RUF RGT Wing = $2088, and mirrors = $995). Compared to other kits out there with OEM-like quality, this is a good deal IMO.

SHEEEEEESH! i was quoted 1550 for the RGT front bumper by weissach. that was september last year so things may have changed because of the strong euro.

you should call up getty design and ask if they will do/have the facelift version.
