How Do You Remove Bumperettes?

I want to remove the bumperettes on my car to have them painted. I asume they are really easy to remove. Anybody have any tips or instructions?

Just use a fairly long hex wrench through the bottom of the bumperette. I forget if it is an 8mm or 6mm hex.
