Default Which Coilovers To Go For: PSS9 or RSS Clubsport

Which coilovers do you recommend/believe are better?

How they will be used:
I'll be doing DE's, Lapping Days, Time Trials and then later on some entry level door2door racing and even on the street my driving style is fairly agressive (but safe and legal none the less). I don't care about ride comfort at all, just getting the most from the system.

Stats on both:
Cost = Same.
Bilstein PSS9 And H&R RSS Clubsports both have height adjustability.
PSS9 have adjustability but i'm not sure if the RSS's do.

your thoughts please.
Also, what isthe cheapest price around. Best i found so far was 1899$.

I saw that www.shox.com raised their price. $1899 is the cheapest I have seen as well.

Don't get ANYTHING from H&R. Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT! I know this from experience.

Is the PSS9 adjustable? If so, how do you adjust it?

^ for height adjustment i'm assuming u use the collar.
for dampning there's a **** type thing with numbers on it that you just twist.

sounds like bilstein is the way to go. do the US spec ones have a lifetime warenty? which is better, us or euro?

That's key for me. I would definately want to raise the ride height during normal commutes into NYC. For a weekend fun drive, drop it down a bit.

I'm going to look into the PSS9, thanks.

You do realize that raising and lowering the car requires an alignment every time, right? Not to mention that it's not something that you can just do in a few minutes of time. You can adjust shock settings easily but not height.

Alon is correct alignment and corner balance every time you adjust ride height.

I just had my car to VIR for three days and am very happy with the PSS9's. Very planted on the up hill SSSS'S.

I ran the H&R coilovers in my previous 2 996 C2s but if I go for coilovers this time, I may opt for the Bilsteins for their shock adjustability.

I'm considering the PSS9 for my 997.
