Question How to disable daytime running lights??

Hi all
Anyone know if there is a way to disable my 2004 cs 996 Canadian day time running lights, i hate the fact that the lights are ALWAYS on??

I think you pull the relay which is twice the size of the others. Let me know if it works, or I should say does not work.

Hey Tool Pants ....that worked relay part # 996.615.111.00 REMOVED and now the day times lights no longer worked

i wouldnt do that. if you get in an accident where you have a large claim ( especially bodily injury) you will be held more liable for diasbling a transport canada mandatory safety feature. put them back on.
same thing as tinted headlight covers or other mods that make the car less visible or impair the drivers vision.

what they dont know cant hurt me......and besides if someone pulls out in front of my pcar they should get hurt...KJ

And are you sure your low beams still work?

That relay failed on my 99 996 (Canadian origin) and I had to have it fixed/replaced so my low beams(HID) would work.
