Private party. PCA member to be precise.

AND THE FINAL ANSWER IS...

$45K.

I think I thought I did better than I did, but I gotta tell you, this was the only VERY low mileage (<10k) C4 cab I found for under 50k. The boat load of options (esp, full leather, litronics) was also nice. Oh well...I am still happy with it, and I guess that's all that matters.

So, anyone know of a set of savanna beige sports seats for sale? :-) I will post more pix after I install the new H/K traffic pro and sirius setup.

Anyone know of the best place to get carrera cup side skirts? Also, who has good pix of aero kits that are made for the cab? I have seen a few and am thinking of the MA shaw turbo look rear spoiler, and the RUF rear bumper (4S look a like for the narrow body). Thoughts?

Wow, I've never seen a '99 in Iris Blau! I thought that came a year later. Could I be mistaken?

$45k is a pretty fair price for such a low mi car. It's a C4 so naturally the price should be a few grand higher than C2. Congrats!

At the time I bought my Boxster in 99 I saved a 911 sales booklet and looked through it before I purchased this C4. Ironically, Iris Blue was NOT listed as a color! I am not sure about the litronics, but here is the sticker. See for yourself. Weird, huh?

Yes, they were (I have them on mine). By the time the C4 was made they were a factory option. However on the European '98 version they were not.

Yes, I guess anything is possible. That would put your Cab is a catagory all by itself, I guess. What is very weird is that I understood that that Porsche "would not" paint" Iris Blue during "99 even under the color to match program- but there it is listed on your sticker.

The color for the 99 closest to Iris Blau was Zenith Blue.

It was my hope to have a Cayenne and 997S painted in Cobalt Blue or Zenith Blue in the color to match program. I was told- "NO WAY JOSE!!!" The Only color the Cayenne shares with the 997 is Iris Blue and that's it.

It appears that your PO busted somebodies chops real hard to get Iris Blau paint in '99. Perhaps if I go back and cancel an order I will get what I want too. Worth a try, huh?

It is slightly different. It has a tinge of a purple hue. It is the only one I have ever seen before.

In the US, Iris blue is not an option on the Cayenne. We have lapis blue and dark sea blue (like a dark navy-non-metallic).

Sorry, I stand corrected...I meant Lapis Blue.

You are indeed correct.
