How'd I do?

Thought I would run this by the board.

I broke down and bought a 996. It is an 1999 Iris Blue Metallic/savanna beige C4 Cab, 8k miles. Options include litronics, full supple leather, heated/power/memory seats, 18" turbo looks, headlight washers, colored crests, windstop, hi-fi sound pkg, wood steeting wheel, car cover. Original MSRP=$95,018. All maint records included, serviced at dealer each year (even though there was only about 2k mi/yr driven. Hardtop was pristinely wrapped and never ever used. A posted a couple of small pix below (lousy-I know...they are from my phone).

I still have some little mods to do (I bought a H/K traffic pro, sirius, and a few other little things).

SO......How much would you have paid? I will post what I paid after there are a few guesses! I want to see if I paid too much! Thanks....E

low 40s.

RRLOwen Nov 14, 2004 09:00 PM

I assume form your post that the mileage is around the 10-15,000 mile range?

It's a good looking car with lots of goodies. My guess is that it should be about 45K but you bought for 39!

chris walrod Nov 14, 2004 09:13 PM

My guess is $38,500?

LVDell Nov 14, 2004 09:20 PM

Mr Bob Barker, I will say $1.

I thought I said it above, but it has 8300 miles, that's all. Can you really find C4 cabs with under 10k miles for under 40k?

TT Gasman Nov 14, 2004 10:30 PM

$50K, very nice car.

evo_333 Nov 14, 2004 10:34 PM

I'd say$48-49k.

mim3 Nov 14, 2004 10:34 PM

$45,750.00
perhaps you could tell us if purchased from dealer or private party?
