Default New here :) Pic attached

Hi all,

Just want to introduce myself and say hi!

I've just recently purchased a 2000 C2 with 7k miles -- I've attached it below. I'm already getting hit with the mod bug! I look forward to being a part of the porsche community, great bunch of cars you guys/gals got here!

Buy a reputable 3rd party warranty and you are set.

I totally agree. I'm new to the used car market. What companies offer the best warranties for the 996?

Nice ride! What kind of rims are those? Where did you get the screen for the front?

Great looking car! Is that wing made of Carbon Fiber, or is it just the reflection that makes it look that way? I haven't seen one like that before (I don't get out much)

Looks good. I would drop that puppy down. It will handle better and lose that 4X4 look it has from the factory.

The front add-on lip is from Caragraphic and the sides are OEM GT3s... There isn't a rear add-on right now, any suggestions?

Jon.

I believe they are Champion (tm) 18" wheels.... The screen was a custom job from the previous owner (bill911 from the board).

Thanks!! Yeah, it's a carbon fiber fully-adjustable GT3 wing.

Exactly my thoughts! I've heard nothing but good things about the PSS9s, which will probably be the route I go in the near future! I'm already catching the mod bug

Looks great and enjoy. NYC and PSS9s don't go together...
