If DC and PSS9s work (and they do), then NYC and PSS9s will certainly work. You can adjust the height as necessary, and back of the dampening until it is soft enough (but you can still make it stiffer for de or track events as necessary). No way that the stock suspension can compete.

TD,

I can assume you have PSS9s, right? How comparable is the ride as to stock suspension? I know you can adjust dampening, so I wanted to hear your thoughts or anyone elses thoughts who own this set-up.

Also, anyone know a good place to buy PSS9s?

Evo,

I think that the PSS9s are outstanding. On my settings 5/4, they do not feel harsher than the stock suspension, but my car handles much, much better. I did not bother to adjust it for VIR last weekend, and it seemed to do just fine. I have also noticed no problem with ride height despite the fact that I dropped the car down significantly (I have the stock front bumper). I cannot recommend them highly enough. I bought mine from a rennlist sponsor, Gert Carnewal at www.carnewal.com

Thanks TD --

I think I'm pretty much sold on the PSS9s. How much drop do you get from the lowest setting? Do you have aftermarket wheels, because I'm wondering if fender rolling is required?

Jon.

Hmmm. I did not measure, but I now feel that the car is much more settled (and it looks great). I currently have the stock 18" lightweights, but 18" BBS RS-GTs are being delivered next week. I would not install any wheels that would require fender rolling, but that is just my personal preference. I made all of my choices based on what I had heard would optimize handling, and the visual enhancements were just a substancial side benefit.
