okbarnett: Naw he disapeared and I found him sleeping on the floorboard. Pumpkin loves to "help" when I work on cars. When I woul dbe detailing or somthing under the hood of my M5 he would sit on the engine cowl and watch. Was quite funny actually.

I read quite a bit and they should hold up to the heat. But time will telllllll

I had a professional install my epoxy floor......3 car garage and they did it in 5 stages and a number of coats....10 year warranty and rock solid floor that looks much better and part of the house than the tiles...

I have had a few friends self install and it did not last long at all because of chipping etc....

Spend the money for the professional version...

Robert,
Thanks for the report. Your experience confirms what I've heard. The pro jobs are basically like an industrial grade finish. Although the tiles can look quite nice, I like the seemless surface wrapping up the wall of the expoxy, for easy washing down. My brother recently got this done and the maintenance is super easy.

caf,

Good choice, I spent 1400 for a job that 2 other companies wanted 16 and 17 hundred for....

My neighbor and I both did it at the same time and got a better deal...Very easy to wash down, though a little slippery when wet for the kids..

Good luck.

Robert
