Default 2002 Amplifier Removed - CD Changer Alternative?

The amp on my 2002 Carrera coupe is “kaput” and I have a replacement, used amp. It’s a Bose system without MOST (introduced in 2003). Question is: where can I find a step by step guide to remove this?
Will I follow the 2003+ instructions or 99-2001 instructions or is 2002 totally different?
I’ve heard there are some special connections which are difficult to remove?

Edit: it was easy peasy. Changed to another question/conundrum:
my CD changer is missing the cartridge and the door came off it - that had to go in the process.

Is there an option to replace a broken CD changer with, say, an MP3 Player, etc? Perhaps by using the existing cables to connect them up? Long shot but the blank space is not the most attractive option!

Yes, you have a BT module that you can connect to the CD Changer input and use it to stream music or even calls from your phone.

If you google, 996 Becker Bluetooth adapter you will find plenty of options.

Convert those CDs to MP3s and be gone with CDs, plus that added weight will set you back
