I missed all of the action here - when 3D printing these console deletes you have to go thicker on the print if you want to wrap the final part in something else like carpet. Heat, time, shrinkage makes thin plastic susceptible to applied tension. I use 3-4mm of ABS or PETG for the ones I make for customers.
Finding the correct matching carpet to wrap these took me and my partner a surprisingly long time. But if you have a black-carpet interior you can BS it with speaker-box felt, it's not perfect but hard to tell unless you put your face up close.

Is that small piece that goes in front actually concave? It looks like it is. I thought it was supposed to be flat. I have the GT3 delete and need that piece to go with it.

You could probably contact https://gahh.com/ to get some OEM matching carpet and wrap it.

@c didy yeah the front filler trapezoid has to be concave, else it doesn't line up with other factory parts. Manual cars with shift boots can perhaps get away with a sloppy design but Tiptronic "shift surrounds" are hard plastic with a pronounced curvature.
