The Official Seniors Thread is open on the General Porsche Discussion Forum
A place we can share our P-car history, current road trips, cars & maybe a little wisdom without the “old man” 30 year old replies.

A sad memory to share. When I finished undergrad I finally had money in my pocket. The local dealer had a 911 T Green with very low miles on the lot for sale. I looked at it over and over, test drove it. I loved it after owning a 912. Same color.
I didn't buy it. Why? Because the storage on a trip would not accommodate potential GFs. So I bought the Z28 new. Also green. And regretted that decision forever. Plenty of GFs but no Porsche.

I've never been to GC and I'm not sure I want to start now.

I have asked the moderator to lock this thread. If you’re interested in joining this fun group, please go to the main thread, here:
https://rennlist.com/forums/general-...ial-forum.html
The first post gives criteria to join. Once there, introduce yourself and you’ll be assigned a “license” number (by me #004).
Closing this thread will keep the activity on one, main thread.
Note that we also have a private group. In the group, we can start various threads on specific topics. It’s our own private subforum, and the advantage is that we can have several discussions going on various topics, and not have to scroll through the very long “main” thread that exists under General Porsche Discussions Forum (it is stickied at the top).
Once you join the main thread, I’ll send you an invitation to the private group. Feel free to post your intro in the “Please allow myself to introduce myself” thread in the private group.
Questions? PM me, or post them on the main thread referenced above.
