Replaced coil packs and plugs mid 2021. Not sure if that has helped fuel dilution or not?

 

I don't think plugs and coils did anything for fuel dilution but I'd suggest you run a few bottles of Red Line SI-1. I installed new injectors with my UAOS a while ago and even though my dilution was not bad Lake recommended I use a few bottles of this stuff. My recent UOA had dilution go down from 1.39 to .052. It's one of the best products out there. Yes, even better than Techron. I used it and didn't see as much improvement.

 

You've got a really nice trending data set going on there..With that you should be able to see anything that goes abnormal in your engine or oil..
