This project is a piece of cake. I have the AGA tool available for rent if anyone is interested. Just PM me. (Hanging on to the tool long term; I need to use it on the Boxster and have a few friends with 997s.)

I posted this in a separate thread but I had trouble getting the new insert lined up correctly tonight. My transmission housing doesn’t have the bumps to fit the detents on the tool. Did yours?
