Default CTA Transmission Mount Tool

Anyone have any experience with it? Considerably cheaper than the AGA tool.

Hadn’t really thought about selling it….but I suppose the likelihood of me using it again are pretty darn slim!

How long does this take overall? Do you just lower the transmission a few inches and support it with a jack?

I'd also like to rent/buy your tool. Or maybe some type of forum $hare/rent/buy agreement. Probably more of us here that could use this tool 1 time.

I just bought the tool. Once I use it, I’ll be happy to rent it out to those that need it. PM me.

It took me less than an hour, granted I do have a lift which makes it easier. But it’s not a hard job. A Jack to slightly lower/support the transmission would help.

May take you up on that. I am updating to the 997 shifter + FFS kit and want to get as much enjoyment out of rowing gears from a stock+ setup. Will be inspecting my mount when I put it up on the lift as soon as the salt is off the road.
