Default Help with child seat installation

After doing some research I ended up going with this Diono radian car seat to setup fwd facing in the rear. I’m alittle stumped on how to install it so I’m hoping for tips from others who are running the same setup. First of all it looks like using the factory belt and receiver aren’t an option mainly because the receiver is too tall and at an inappropriate angle. Also I cut the carpet to get to the rear teather but with the Bose sub in the way, and the attach point being as low and fwd as it is, I

am unable to attach the J hook that came with my seat. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Default Installing a Diono Car Seat

You can check the user manual for direction. Here a link to it- https://diono.com/product-manual. Diono customer service can also walk you through how to install it over the phone if you give them a call. You can find their customer service info on this site- https://diono.com/contact-us

The top tether will fit in just fine. Yeah the seatbelt height/angle are not very good and can put the seat at an angle. Use some yoga blocks and towels between the child seat and the car seat to take up some room.
