Maybe I didn't look back enough, I'll have to check it out. I've polished with P21s finish restorer with decent results, never a chrome shine, but clean enough!

I've had good results on the tips by using P21S Polishing Soap.

This is my first post, but I recently was able to clean mine after several frustrating attempts with other means. I took them off (only the one bolt), and sprayed it down with Carb. Cleaner (small sections at a time, and rubbing the stains off with a rag). Afterwards used some EagleOne polish, they look really nice.

Usually the EagleOne works by itself, but this stuff was really hard to get off, lol.
