Options I would consider:
Guard
Factory LSD rebuilt by Guard
OS Giken
Find a local racing shop to do the install, this job does not require a Porsche trans specialist, racing shops will pull and reinstall diffs quite frequently as they are a frequent service item on racing cars.
Install cost, mine was $600 I believe. I delivered the gear box. Figure more if the shop is going to drop gear box and reinstall.

Best bet is to check with your indy. Just make sure they are supporting the Porsche club racing community or they will not have any idea what you are asking. I'll see if I can dig up costs.
My Guard LSD is actually a Porsche factory differential sent to Guard and rebuilt with Guard LSD internals. This was a program Guard had years ago that my indy would use. Ship them your differential, they would then ship you a rebuilt LSD for ~ half the cost of a new one. Don't know if they still have the program. But its was a good one.
I just had my LSD rebuilt again by my indy a few months ago using Guard parts. Keep in the back of your mind that many parts are on back order or at least slow delivery times.
