Apologies, I missed this response.
I was suggesting RS Tuning for their undoubted skill in building N/A and Turbocharged Mezger engines, and likewise Turbocharged aircooled engines.

Just like Manthey, they’d be the last company I’d take an M96 or M97 engine too. It’s not their field of expertise.

They build mainly race engines, though they do occasionally take on road car commissions, though as I understand it they are not an easy company to work with and their communication skills are poor. I’ve an English friend who lived in Germany for 12 years, he says this poor communication and general lack of flexibility in dealings with members of the public is not uncommon with small German specialist companies.
