Beautiful car. Congrats. Not sure I've ever seen a more barren options sticker

Great car! It has the highly sought after cassette holder option. You can't get those just anywhere, except for the OP's car and my 02!

The headlights must have been changed out at one point. No amber on the bottom of the headlight lenses.

Love the red and the paint sure looks good from here.

Thanks! Nothing planned. Maybe a radio update for Bluetooth.

Very nice!
Suggestion: leave the IMSB in place until the dealer warranty is near the end, then replace the bearing before driving another inch.
Leave the IMS alone. ;-)

Welcome—Wonderful car, love Guards Red!! Enjoy it. When you do tackle the IMS, invest in the solution instead of the standard retrofit. To many more enjoyable miles

Beautifully kept 996. The interior looks great and although red is not my style it looks fantastic.

Drive it hard and it will thank you.

Today was the first day without Rain/Snow since I bought it. I drove it hard, the wife and I went for a drive, she in her 2022 M240i, and me in the 996. And we drove the both hard.

I wish someone had told me about "Porsche Perfume" the smell had me worried, but a quick Google told me the smell was burnt rubber. From the rubber hitting the exhaust! Anyway I'm glad it's normal!

The best part of what you wrote pertained to your wife. She sounds like a cool woman and a definite keeper my friend!
