I beleive there is a Sh*t load of nice german cars at the bottom of the English channel. You can get one for free if you want to go bring one up

(rermember the car ferry that sunk )

were any of these sinkings in international waters? i don't know salvage laws very well, but i thought it's kind of "first come first gets it" thing when a ship sinks in international waters as far as salvage goes...

Who cares. The salt water will have eaten away almost anything that is worth being salvaged.

Not many cars left. Check out http://www.tricolorsalvage.com/pages/home.asp for a decription of how they salvaged the Tricolor. Quite interesting...
