Window Adjustment

I replaced the door latch, drivers side, the window did not drop down consistently when the door was open.
Now, the window drops, mostly. The front of the window does not really drop, the rear does. This sort of rotates the window towards the rear of the car, causing the far trailing edge to hit the B pillar. Sort of like the window rotates clockwise if you are looking at it from the outside.
When the door is closed, everything fits nicely. It appears that the front, leading edge, does not move at all.
Is this the rake adjustment with the E6 from the hole under the door?
Thanks for the help.

Sounds like maybe the front of the glass slipped out of the clamp on the regulator. That'd be the easiest problem.
If you haven't put the panel back on, you can peek inside. Sounds like you'll need to pull it though.

There is a ton of slop in the cable. I managed to take some of it out, and it improved it, but still a ton. Enough that i can pull the green ferrule out of the slot. The metal adjustment sleeve, with the pins, is maxed out as well.
Any ideas how to take out 15mm of slop or more?
The window is bolted in tightly still.
Thanks again for the ideas.
