Default Replacement Bumpers

I recently cracked my front bumper cover on my 996.1 and am thinking of replacing it with another design (KBD 997 GT3). Please post your experience with a replacement bumper for your 996. What did you buy; was it easy to fit; if the shape changed from the stock bumper, does it scrape on angled driveways and speed bumps; would you buy it again or another?

I know that you didn't ask this question, but usually any exterior parts that make a 996 look like a 997 end up looking goofy. I wouldn't do it.

I wondered about that - what I really need is advice on a replacement bumper, not the style. Does anyone have experience?

When changing bumpers it’s best to go factory and not aftermarket. Also would need to address airflow/management components along with the change of going to a different style.

I appreciate the thoughts, but what I need is for someone to tell me about their experience with an aftermarket bumper.
