Here's the side shot. Im pondering which way to move forward with this car. A. Either keep it this way and drive it and enjoy it and save some money. B. Sell the parts that are on it and buy a roller and return to as original as I can C. I seen a 993 conversion kit for a 911sc that looks pretty good that someone was selling

It's ultimately your call to keep it as is, turn back into an SC or even a 993 as you suggested. If it was mine, I would turn it back into an SC, because it's an SC. If it runs, and all the parts are solid and attached, it gives you time to drive and enjoy while you figure it out.

Does anyone remember Gone In 60 Seconds from 2000 ?
That 911 in the opening scene was a converted 1978 911

What the one they stole out of the showroom? Are you sure because that looks a lot like a stock MK1 996 to me!

Yeah that one. I thought it was a stock mk1 too until I was searching for that clip last night and came across the Barrett Jackson auction for it a few years ago

Apparently the earlier car was lighter to do the stunts so they just converted it.

Looks great and if you're enjoying it, that's all that matters.
