Electronic mirror dashcam - replacement mirror
Does anyone use any of those digital mirror replacement kits which serve as dashcam, backup cam, etc? I am intrigued by it, but I am concerned about how it looks and how well it work.
My previous dashcam, I learnt that I should get a super capacitor rather than lithium battery. This one has lithium battery.

I found your post, but it didnt have a picture. Do you have a picture of what your rear view mirror looks like now? from the front, side angle, rear, etc.

I bought on Amazon and installed the VanTop H610 10" 2.5K Mirror Dash Cam for Cars with Full Touch Screen, Waterproof Backup Camera Rear View Mirror Camera, Enhanced Night Vision with Sony Starvis Sensor, Parking Assistance. Sold by: VanTop Direct $81.59
The Micro USB card is not included: I bought on Amazon the Samsung 128GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC EVO Select Memory Card with Full-Size Adapter (MB-ME128GA/AM). $19.49
The rear cam is wired. I n order to hide the cable (it comes with an 8' one), I needed an extension cord: YiePhiot Extension Cord Dash Cam Backup Camera Rear View Mirror Camera Recorder Cable (4-pin 6.5ft/2m) $5.99 (Amazon)
Installation is simple but time-consuming if you want to hide the wires as I did (~ 3 hours)
