This prompted me to do an internet search and I found this, which should be of collective interest:
www.speedtrap.org
Seems they have national, detailed listings of speedtraps.

That site is great. I contributed with a few known speedtraps in my neck of the woods.

There was a segment on the news a few weeks ago about Culver City and their red light cameras. They have their yellow lights set to the absolute state minimum and the cameras set to snap a picture also with the minimum. In addition, the segment noted cities like Beverly Hills review the pictures and issue about 50 % tickets and Cilver City issues 83% tickets. So beware in Culver City. Their camera are absolutely set up to generate revenue.

Hard break my friend. I jus hope there aren't to many of those photo cops around in the Northeast! What did you get caught for anyway? Best wishes - Jay Gratton

Hard break != hard brake. Hard break == that's too bad. Hard brake == mash the pedal that makes the red lights on the back of the car light up. Not that there isn't a high probability that light is setup for revenue generation but there's no sign in that photo you'd have been rear ended if you'd tried to stop. I almost wish they would install the photo ticket system at some intersections around here as it seems the rules were re-written while I lived in CA so that if you see the light turn red you're entitled to pass thru an intersection and cross traffic be damned.
