Could be worse, I know someone who got one of those tickets in a rental car in NYC while he was here on business. They mailed the ticket to his home in Chicago. His wife opens the ticket, and calls him up PISSED OFF! The photo has the time and all that, so it was like 11pm, and it shows the people in the car as well. He just happened to be driving a co-worker home from the office...an attractive young female co-worker. Nothing truely was going on, but try explaining that to an irate wife over the phone...

they have streetlight photo radar..
here in Toronto as well
I don't mind as much if their is discretion. How many times does one enter an intersection, on a green, to make a left only to be cued up behind a "hesitant" driver and you both complete your turn on a red! Bet your plate will be the only one on the pic as you follow his butt closely behind to get the heck out of the intersection.
