A couple of times in the last week, I have noticed that when I park the car, the spoiler is still extended. If I push the button in the footwell, the spoiler retracts just fine. I am getting no errors or warning lights. I have searched, but am unable to find a thread with any solution. The car is an 03 C2 cabrio.

 

The spoiler is programmed into the DME. The DME raises and lowers based on speed. There are two relays in Relay Support Group 2, one for spoiler up and one for spoiler down. I think the manual switch overrides the relay. Also, I think the spoiler retracts when you hit the brakes at low speeds. So it could be one of two things, check the brake pedal switch and maybe replace the spoiler down relay (or swap out the up and down relays and see if it makes any difference). Relay Support Group 2 is located behind the rears seats under the shelf carpet.
