I hate to say it, but the previous owner did indeed cut out the horizontal ribs in your front bumper to make the air openings to the radiators less obstructed? No idea what his intentions were, but getting the black insert is not enough if you want the bumper back to stock.

The screens in the cluster are backlit by bulbs, so that is an easy fix.

If there are 'blotches' on the screens in the cluster, there are replacement screens (I bought a set straight from the supplier for $100). But miraculously, over teh winter, the screens 'healed' themselves and the screen defects have not come back. Pics would be helpful to see if it is what I think it is.

Does anyone know where I can get a good used Black Metallic front bumper? It would be great if it was somewhere I could pick up too.

 

Don't be in a rush. Sell your taco spoiler first, and then use that cash to get a bumper, I say.
