Dealer overcharge II
I know that we have to swallow higher than expected services charges because the Porshce shop has a higher rate and minimums. I accept that and understood that when I bought my car.
What I have no stomach for however is dealer gouging. I bought my Porsche in PA and live in Ohio. The Porsche dealer was going to "help" me and have a dealer across the street perform an out of state inspection. The price was $150. I said no thanks and went to the same dealer and they performed the inspection in 5 minutes for $4.50.
Needless to say this dealer has lost my confidence and business forever.
