For anybody needing the OBD plug holder, the part is called Harness Plug Support 996 610 120 00 on Pelican. Mine was missing when I bought the car and I was half-heartedly looking for the little sucker for many, many months. Finally found it in the PET on page 691, “Support Plug socket Diagnostic Connnector”. Costs less than $10 shipped.
