Default Moved Steering Column - Horn Died / SRS Light

I was removing a crappy after market radio from my 99 C2 today and I moved the steering column all the way in to get more room.

After I removed the unit, I went to take the car for a ride and the SRS light came on. I also noticed the horn didn't work.
Moved the column back up all the way and the horn works now but the SRS light is still on.

Is my clock spring failed?

Thanks

Either clock spring or a wiring issue in or around the steering column.
