Thanks!
I run Driven DT40 in my 996, but two weeks ago I bought about 10 gallons of various weights of Mobil 1 for client cars.
I‘ll have to see how much one person car get back.
Purchased in three different trips fron 2 different places.

I just read the term and conditions.
Woohoo, up to 4 rebates per household!
...neither Walmart nor XL Parts are listed as participating retailers.
My next purchases of Mobil 1 will be from one of the participating retailers if they can beat Walmart!
Because I was in a hurry to get a client’s car out the door, I bought 6 quarts of Mobil 1 at XL Parts and the price was almost double Walmart’s.
That was even with a Tax free wholesale account.
When you’re busy, sometimes you have to spend a little more, but double!?!?

Seriously. 5 at is 22.88 here. I just hate going into Walmart. Was hoping to find a local retailer to match the price. Best I found was carquest with it on sale for 28.99, but the closest with any in stock is 30 miles away.
Was going to take advantage and get all 4 household rebates, maybe even send a few to a relative or something.
Most autopart stores are $37-45 for the same 5 quart jug

Bruce - I have purchased M1 from Walmart online. I use their corporate headquarters for the "seller" and have always gotten the rebate approved.
Totally the best way to go. Don't have to see or deal with the people of Walmart, no shipping if you spend enough, and arrives within a couple of days.
Just ordered two jugs of 0W-40 European formula...

Thanks for the information, but I'm done with Mobil 1 0W40 oil in these cars. Not trying to derail this thread into an oil debate, but there is a reason Raby calls it "liquid death" in relation to these cars. I'm running DT40 from now on, and if I can't get DT40 for whatever reason, I'm putting MOTUL X-Cess 8100 in the car.

Some laboratory testing and scientific analysis to back this up, would go a long way.
